Make contract data accurate, structured, and usable
Generic document AI gets the easy fields right and the hard ones wrong. For contracts, the hard ones (multi-year fees, renewal terms, framework agreements, amendments) are the ones that matter. So we treat extraction as an engineering problem: read each document carefully, validate the result, correct what is fixable, and confirm every value before it reaches you. Accuracy is engineered into the process, not left to a single AI guess.
Quality over quantity
We would rather return fewer fields correctly than many fields with mistakes. Every value is validated before it is stored.
Security as a default
Enterprise contracts demand it. Organization isolation, invite-only access, all-Azure hosting, and enterprise data agreements are built in, not bolted on.
