Contracts are among the most sensitive documents a company holds. ParsenLog runs entirely on Microsoft Azure with per-organization isolation, invite-only authenticated access, and encryption in transit and at rest.

The controls protecting your contracts
Per-organization isolation
Each organization is fully isolated. Data is partitioned by organization at the storage layer and every API call is organization-scoped. There is no cross-organization access.
Invite-only authentication
There is no open sign-up. Access is invitation-based and every session is verified server-side; no long-lived credential lives in the browser.
All-Azure hosting
Application, storage, and OCR run on Microsoft Azure, inheriting Azure encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS) by default.
Enterprise data agreements
Your data is governed by enterprise data-processing agreements with data-residency commitments and subprocessor terms. Your contracts are processed on Microsoft Azure and are never used to train AI models, and zero-data-retention processing is available for enterprise customers on request.
